Hereβs how to plan a day of studying ππΎππΎππΎ
Start by planning when you will βπΎstudyβπ½ and when you will ππΎββοΈrestππΌββοΈ
Most people cannot study for 12 hours straight. π€·π½ββοΈπ€·πΏββοΈ
Which means you are going to need to take breaks throughout your day of studying. π
To make sure that those breaks donβt become π whole day breaks π you need to plan when you will study and when you will rest. ποΈποΈποΈ
There are lots of ways to break up your day, but if you need ideas try this:
- π Morning: a 3 hour study session in the morning, followed by a two hour break for lunch and rest. Focus on the topics you find most difficult in this study session.
- β Afternoon: a 3 hour study session in the morning, followed by a two hour break for dinner and rest.
- π Evening: 2 hours of studying before bed. Save the easiest topics for this study session.
Then make a list of what you need to study today π
What are you studying for today? π€ A test? An exam? π
Start by making a list of all the topics covered in that test or exam. π
Write all these topics down on a piece of paper as a long list. πποΈ
Use this list to keep your studying on track. ππΎββοΈ
Your goal is to get through all these topics before the end of the day. πͺπ½πͺπΏ
Keep this list next to you while you study π©π½βπ»π©π½βπ»π©π½βπ»
Then keep this list next to you and cross off each topic once youβve finished studying! πThis will help by giving you a sense of progress throughout the day. ππ½ππ½ππ½
You will also get lots of small wins as you get closer to finishing the list, and having these wins will help keep you motivated! π₯π₯π₯
Sending hugs and strength. You got this. ππ€
